To ensure we allocate the appropriate time and resources for your appointment, please select the option that best describes your current hair length.

(S) Short: short hair up to 2 inches length

(M) Medium: Hair above 2 inches and up to the shoulders length. (e.g., shoulder-length bobs, lobs)

(L) Long: Hair that falls below the shoulders. (e.g., mid-back length, waist-length)

HAIR LENGTH UPCHARGE EXPLANATION:
Base Pricing (Medium Length - M):

The foundation of the pricing is established for medium-length hair. This base price covers the standard amount of product, application time, and expertise required for a typical coloring or lightening service.

Long Hair (L) Upcharge:

For clients with long hair, an additional charge of approximately $20 USD is applied.

This upcharge accounts for the significantly greater volume of product needed to saturate the longer hair strands, as well as the extended application and processing time.

This upcharge also reflects the extra care needed to insure even color distribution on longer hair.

Extra-Long Hair (XL) Upcharge:

For clients with extra-long hair, an additional charge of approximately $40 USD is applied.

This higher upcharge reflects the substantial increase in product usage, time, and complexity associated with treating extremely long hair.

The extra length can also add to the difficulty of maintaining the integrity of the hair during coloring, decoloring, perm and similar processes.

1. The "14-Day" Adjustment Window

Complimentary Fixes: We offer a one-time complimentary adjustment if the result differs significantly from what was discussed during your initial consultation.

The Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of your original appointment to qualify for a complimentary fix.

The Condition: The adjustment must be performed within 21 days of the original appointment. After this window, any changes will be considered a "Touch-up" or "Maintenance" service and will be charged at the standard rate.
2. Maintenance vs. Adjustments

Natural Growth: Hair typically grows about half an inch per month. Changes in the "placement" of color due to natural growth after 4+ weeks are considered maintenance, not a service error.

Tonal Shifts: Professional hair color is semi-permanent or permanent but will shift tone based on water quality, sun exposure, and washing frequency. We recommend professional-grade aftercare to maintain your tone.
3. Hair Integrity First

Our stylists reserve the right to refuse treatments that may cause permanent damage to your hair. If a desired "cool" or "ash" tone cannot be safely achieved in one session due to natural pigments, we will work with you on a multi-session plan to reach your goal while preserving hair quality.
