1. The "14-Day" Adjustment Window

Complimentary Fixes: We offer a one-time complimentary adjustment if the result differs significantly from what was discussed during your initial consultation.

The Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of your original appointment to qualify for a complimentary fix.

The Condition: The adjustment must be performed within 21 days of the original appointment. After this window, any changes will be considered a "Touch-up" or "Maintenance" service and will be charged at the standard rate.
2. Maintenance vs. Adjustments

Natural Growth: Hair typically grows about half an inch per month. Changes in the "placement" of color due to natural growth after 4+ weeks are considered maintenance, not a service error.

Tonal Shifts: Professional hair color is semi-permanent or permanent but will shift tone based on water quality, sun exposure, and washing frequency. We recommend professional-grade aftercare to maintain your tone.
3. Hair Integrity First

Our stylists reserve the right to refuse treatments that may cause permanent damage to your hair. If a desired "cool" or "ash" tone cannot be safely achieved in one session due to natural pigments, we will work with you on a multi-session plan to reach your goal while preserving hair quality.
